All products sold are original and covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. drobixshop does not provide any technical support or sales advice beyond general product information. Any order may be cancelled or voided without prior notice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Please check product stock availability before making any payment. We currently accept payment through bKash, Rocket, and Nagad (mobile banking) only.
Full advance payment may be required in some cases.
If any payment needs to be refunded, it may take 7–15 working days.
Transaction charges deducted by mobile banking services are non-refundable.
drobixshop reserves all rights related to payment confirmations, refunds, and order processing.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 48–72 hours, provided the item is in stock and payment has been verified.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed, but we try our best whenever possible.
Orders are not processed on Fridays or public holidays.

PRODUCT LISTINGS
drobixshop works hard to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, due to human error or changes by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, drobixshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing such errors, even if the order was confirmed and paid.
RMA / WARRANTY CLAIM
To claim any warranty, the customer must provide proper proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Customers must bear return shipping costs for warranty claims.
drobixshop may refuse service if warranty conditions are not met.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY
Any physical damage to a product (such as scratches, burns, liquid damage, broken parts, tampered stickers, etc.) will void the warranty. In such cases, drobixshop will return the item to the customer, and no service will be provided.
WARRANTY POLICY
All products sold by drobixshop come with manufacturer warranty only (if applicable). drobixshop is a retailer only and does not manufacture any products.
Warranty support is provided by the brand or the authorized service center.
drobixshop makes no separate warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
All items are sold as-is as supplied by the manufacturer.
Use of our website is at your own risk. drobixshop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
