DrobixShop – Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

10 Days Easy Exchange/Return Policy

Easy Exchange/Return applies if you are not satisfied with the product quality.

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

At DrobixShop, we appreciate every time you trust us with your purchase. We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. All products sold on Drobix Shop are brand new and authentic. If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can exchange/return it within 7 days, and we will resolve your issue within the next 7 working days (10 days for outside delivery areas) after receiving your notification. Refunds are also available when applicable.

Note: Damaged items caused by customer misuse cannot be exchanged or returned. Items sold during Sale/Discount offers cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@drobixshop.com within 24 hours with your Order ID/Invoice and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Or call us at our Hotline Number (add your hotline here if available).
  3. We will confirm your request and inform you about pickup/further process.
  4. The product must be in unused and original condition, including all tags, labels, packaging, and invoice.

You must send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

We will bear the return delivery charge in the following cases:

  1. Size or color issue.
  2. You received a defective product.
  3. You received a physically damaged product.
  4. The product is different from the description on our website.

You will bear the return delivery charge if:

You change your mind or cancel after receiving the product.

Products can be exchanged if:

  • Size or color issue.
  • Defective product.
  • Physically damaged product.
  • You are unhappy with product quality.
  • Product is different from its description.

Return Scenarios:

  1. At time of delivery (if agreed before order).
  2. After delivery if product is Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described.

Products not eligible for return/exchange

  • Items sold as combos/sets cannot be returned individually.
  • Used or altered products.
  • Any item not in original condition.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.

Refund Policy

Your money is 100% safe with us. Refunds are issued when:

  • We are unable to deliver the ordered product(s).
  • Wrong price or system error orders.
  • Replacement is not possible.
  • Completely different product delivered to you.
Most refunds are processed within 5–15 days after receiving returned products.
Mobile wallet payments (bKash, Rocket, Nagad, etc.) will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

Steps to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@drobixshop.com or call our hotline within 24 hours, including your Order ID/Invoice and issue description.
  2. We will confirm your refund request and guide you through the process.
  3. If cashback or free delivery was applied during purchase, that amount will be deducted from the refund.
If your returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
If rejected, the item will be sent back within 6–8 days. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
